I have been a personal trainer for 20 years. My experience and qualifications encompass body weight exercises, animal flow and functional training. I also specialise in rehab training and trigger point therapy to release any tight muscles that cause pain in other parts of the body. 

            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

I provide one-on-one personal training with session times ranging from

30 mins, 45 mins and 1 hour.

Sessions are designed and customised with your unique needs in mind.

            GROUP TRAINING

 

I run small groups between 2-10 people. If you have a work or friendship group that you would like to train with then please contact me for availability and pricing.

            ONLINE TRAINING

 

Unable to make it to a physical location, online sessions are available through an online platform.
